MK Tiana’s Bayou Adventure SPOILER Thread

I really liked the animatronics. I am happy Disney moved away from the Frozen Animatronics.

MK Tiana’s Bayou Adventure SPOILER Thread

I am so torn on this ride. I love originals and usually want Disney to stay away from book report rides. However, I really think they missed the mark. I really would have liked to see Dr. Facilier and the voodoo dolls in this ride.

MK Tiana’s Bayou Adventure SPOILER Thread

I watched it a couple times already. If we were going to the parks this summer, I would have refrained from watching.

I completely agree. I loved the ride. However, I stopped riding it the last couple of years.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Yeah that makes a ton of sense. I know we definitely left space. That was one nice thing about Covid lol.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Yeah all the queuing was used. It was very weird. I couldn’t explain why it extended so far.

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Most were over reported times. However, SM was all of 60 minutes. It’s just weird that the physical lines are that long when they are not social distancing. I’m not complaining. I’m just curious. We lucked out. The first 6 days of our trip were very enjoyable. The lines were super short and the...

Coronavirus and Walt Disney World general discussion

Sorry if this is off topic. However, we just got back from Disney. I am just curious about these long lines. I have been to Disney when Space Mountain was 90 minutes and the line never reached out into Tomorrowland. However, now a 60 minute line loops throughout Tomorrowland multiple times...

Rumor Tom Hanks rumored to be new narrator for the Carousel of Progress

Haha Thanks for ruining the CoP for me (kidding). Every time I hear the narration, I’m going to hear Ham or Abominable doing it.

    News People mover now reopened!

I hope so! It is such a simple attraction. However, that is what makes it great.

    News People mover now reopened!

That is my biggest fear. I think they will use COVID for an excuse to close attractions. Especially, the People Mover.

DVC resale prices affected by the current situation ?

Yeah, exactly. That’s why I was shocked we got a decent price for a smaller contract. It’s crazy how much Disney tries to sell these contracts for. We talked to Disney directly and they had a Boulder Ridge resell for 187 a point. Which is crazy.

DVC resale prices affected by the current situation ?

Yeah, everything for $90 had at least 250+ points a year. Also, most of the contract points were used in the next couple of years. It seems like bigger point contracts are usually in the 90-95 range (at least right now).
