    I feel like they will flip this one pretty quickly. It's a good sign they have already started the exterior work along with the queue work. I'd say August to September before this puppy re-opens.

    True, I also don't get the love for the Poly as a whole (for the price), but I understand that there are a number of people who see that resort as their favorite.
