The California Grill was pretty memorable for me because of its view. You can see all the landmarks up there. Cindy's castle, Spaceship Earth, Tower of Terror, Earful Tower....

I also recommend Cape May. I recently ate there and loved it. Highlights for me were the ribs, clams, and mussels. It has a good mix of land & sea.

The California Grill at the Contemporary has great sushi. Of course for quality you have to pay (1 California Roll = $18). Only other place at WDW I've had it is Wolfgang Puck's at Downtown Disney. It was decent.

I have heard the stitch recording in the restrooms between Space Mountain and Carousel of Progress as well.

Well first time I went I was 3 and I don't remember. But when I went for the 2nd time it was Figment, the newest one. It was actually it's opening day when we were there and there was no line then either! For me it was a bad first impression of WDW.
