This. This. This. A thousand times this.
Avatarland just sounds like a total disaster in the making.
I know I have zero interest in ever returning to Animal Kingdom.
Aside from the broken Everest coaster, that park is a bust.
I just want to scream "I TOLD YOU SO" at all those nay-sayers who said Harry Potter wasn't right for Disney.
The winning counter-move by Disney would be a permanent Nightmare Before Christmas dark ride.
But, oh no, we mustn't have that. That's so un-Disney.
*makes the face*
Seriously, where do I lodge my complaint?
This irritates me to no end. I have limited time in the parks and this new enforcement policy completely ruins our typical touring plan.
We're "left-side" park users, meaning we go left at the Partners statue and pretty much spend 80% of our time in...
It never fails to amaze me just how little imagination many of the folks have who profess to be Disney's biggest fans.
No, no, we couldn't possibly have an NBC themed "land" because: "leafless black & white trees?" Seriously? Are you that short on imagination that you seriously fear Tim...
Oh, right. If Disney were to create an entire self-sufficient land devoted to NBC, it would clearly be too stupid not to remove the NBC overlay at the Haunted Mansion; thus creating a redundancy.
Although I suppose you have a point about Disney's redundancy, considering that Radiator Springs...
Although Cars-land looks well done, I can't help but think how spectacular a "Nightmare Before Christmas" themed Halloweentown would have been. If DLR wants a Potter-swatter for the West Coast, NBC is the answer.
I'm in a jam.
Normally, we book our stays for Disneyland and automatically go to HoJos. This year, with my job situation pretty tenuous, and us not knowing whether we would actually make it out to Anaheim for our annual Disneyland fix, I hemmed and hawed about making our reservations until...
Y'know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone at a Disney park carrying a backpack onto a dark ride.
Please, whatever you do, take many multiple flash pictures of such a person as soon as the ride leaves the launch bay and begins the "dark" portion of the "dark ride."
Quoted for truth. I made it through about 12 minutes of the episode before I had to shut it off.
I just do not get the over-the-top praise that this show gets for its so-called "comedy." It was nearly as bad as "Big Bang Theory" or "Two and a Half Men." Middle of the road pablum, at best.
