Tuesday: 5 miles
Wednesday: 5 fast miles (for me)
Thursday: 5 miles
Friday: One hour eliptical
Saturday: 8 miles
Sunday: 13 miles decent pace, but I am much more sore today than I would have expected

Saturday- 12 miles....went really well until mile 10 when running around the same community college just got boring.

Today I braved the heat. Running under a heat advisory. 5 miles total. It was a tale of two runs.
I did an ultra slow 3 miles to start, and by slow I mean like 13 mile an hour minutes.
But I got inspired and did 9:30 on my last two miles.
