We stayed there last weekend, I love the place and the kids love the pool! The only bummer every time we stay there the big pool (Stormalong Bay) closes earlier and earlier....The first time we stayed in 02 it was open to 11pm we could come back from the parks and swim for a few hours, the next...

First of all I feel terrible for her family! (Sorry if this has been covered I can't/haven't read the whole thread yet?) Second of all not to make light of the situation but how many people do you think have passed away after overexerting themselves at an amusement park in the last 20...

How long did the whole trip take? We took the Fun Train from Hollywood Fl to Kissimmee a few years ago and it was fun, but took 2-3 hours longer than it takes to drive AND we had to get up at like 4 in the morning to catch the train back :eek: I'm glad we did it "once" anyway. The train...

my 2ct's....I've ridden MS 2 or 3 times and I doubt I'll ever ride it again, it's not worth the nausea imo:hurl:

Try a really thin wood like "door skin" it should curve easily for you or try wetting the luan with water to get it to bend, then if you need to make it stronger cover it after it dries out with a thin layer of fiberglass cloth and resin like they do in say boat building! :)

I went once around grad night and the whole rock wall just inside the mountain was plasterd with it YACK!

I think it's a symbolic thing too, it's like this...In the golden days (when they did all the maintenance at night) you'd never see something like a ladder leaning around the parks, I mean WHY would they need a ladder to fix something when they have say Tink to fly up and change the light bulbs...

They don't shoot to kill the cute little Hippo anymore either, they shoot up in the air and scare him (her?) away.. it's not as tragic for all the little hippo loving guests that way :animwink:
