20,000 Leagues could be really neat. I like the aesthetics of the attractions and restaurant that have come from it. It's unfortunate that Disney will probably mess up the future live action for it.
Universal definitely sees it as being valuable. They totally changed Production Central to Minions. And unfortunately took my Monster's Café, which I've had some good times and meals at.
Neverland Café sounds good, I tend to look for experiences when I'm booking TS restaurants. If it doesn't have something like a view or a stage act than what's the point? Which why I don't care for places like 9 Dragons and Tony's. You can't have bad food and no experiences.
Great casting choices, but I see no reason for the Live Action versions. There is already great version out there. Their Live Actions are just a money grab, with none of the heart of the Animated versions.
