Which of the 4 parks in WDW could you spend the most time just walking around and shopping, or take in the scenery and not do a show or attraction?

The Idea that Disney would even think about using Lady GAGA in the parks might be the worst and most impossible thing I have heard since I have been coming to the boards. You have a better chance of seeing Horizons and WOM coming back before Disney would ever even consider this.
