A true tragedy and an unacceptable one. This poor lady did everything right, and yet still died. I am against lawsuits in general, but sometimes, it is so egregious that it needs to be.
As the grandmother of an autistic child, I agree with you 100%. We would not mind bringing medical proof of his diagnosis, (we used to do this all the time, but they never wanted to see it), or a letter from his physician(s). We tell them about his problems, and they just take our word for it...
