As a lifelong WDW visitor…I am still bitter that Pooh evicted Toad…. After finally visiting Disneyland for the first time last year…. Finally got to take a wild ride again…. Did so a few times… I don’t think my wife( who was introduced to Disney through me)was impressed

Not sure how big of a disappointment Disney felt with Avatar…. But many people here figured it would not reach the heights of WoW… myself included…. Even all saying it would not touch 2 billion…. And I would guess. Disney has better analytics then most of us amateur box office forecasters

Imagine actually calling a billion dollar movie a flop…. For all the complaining about Disney films…. They will have 3 movies in the top 5… a rare feat for any studio

I disagree… depends on the person….it’s my wife’s and I favorite park…. We can spend all day…. But part of the reason we love it…. It’s the one park we feel the ability to slow down a bit… it is a very relaxing park to us.. every other park it seems we are just running from point a to point b

DAK is the best themed park in Orlando…even when they add IP it fits in with the theme….see pandora…. Admittedly I am nervous about the new Zootopia attraction in that regard…. Have not experienced that attraction….but at least you can skip that… and never lose that immersion as the Tree of Life...

All studio heads are risk adverse as much as possible… they all go with the less risky as much as possible…. I can’t tell you the number of times I have seen great original stories in the theater that flop…. If people want more original content then show it with your wallet… but people rarely do

As much input and interest Tom Cruise voices on film sets…. I am surprised he has not attempted directing a film yet
