    I am heading down next week for 5 days to hopefully rent a house then fly back to NY and move the family down Oct 1, for you think 5 days is located near enough I do have a lot of leads

    I would have a couple of leads ready that way you have a plan on who to talk to or where to go. My advice is to also enjoy your five days down here haha. If you end up moving down here and you get a chance, there's an awesome dinner show called Medieval Times in Kissimmee. Good luck on the move. NY is a long way - we came from Detroit and it was a 2 day move with a truck.
