Truthfully I would have never known that backstory. I just assumed, like Space Mountain, there was no story, no backstory… just fun. I don’t know if this ride really needs a backstory, but I’m not complaining.

You raise a great point, but to me, Tiana’s next to Big Thunder is already quite jarring. Splash may not have been a perfect fit thematically, but visually it was much more on theme for Frontierland than Tiana’s is. Perhaps the issue wouldn’t be so pronounced if the Tiana’s and Thunder traded...

I’m guessing this is a joke… but most all the magnets have been done in the same style—that cartoon imagery that could be found in the new-age Mickey Mouse shorts (reminiscent of Runaway Railway).
