Branson is two hours away from there and corners the market on the Christmas holiday. Very few people would make a cold weather weekend trip around a single place like this with Branson and silver dollar city not far away. The location is the problem. There’s tons of cheap land FAR closer to...

Read a couple articles today that said they put the chances of this happening at about 5%. Biggest issue is that the 5 million visitors a year isn't realistic. This thing would be in the middle of nowhere, about 2 hours from Branson. Silver Dollar City in Branson brings in about 2.2 million...

LOVE Vegas. Been watching this project through construction. U2 is doing the first shows there. The interior is covered by an 8K screen that will be more impressive than the outside. It’s gonna be insane. This is gonna change how concerts are done. They’re building one in London too.
