Universal also runs special deals on tickets. There's no reaosn why anyone should pay full price for a UO/IOA ticket. Currently they have a deal for 7 day 2 park tickets for $86. I'd like to see WDW have a deal for 7 day $150 passes...never gonna happen.
Nice of you to call the food service girl a hootchie (I can only imagine what was said to her face). Maybe your attitude is why the Universal employees gavce les than stellar service? From what I hear, they don't threaten them with their jobs if they don't take crap from inconsiderate guests...
I agree, but here's a question....whose decision is it as to who is a princess? They always include Belle, who is only a princess by marriage (and did she and beast ever actually GET married?) and Jasmine (debatable as to whether she is a princess..I know, it's probably only a question of...
I agree..how many convention spaces does WDW need? If so many companies have the money to hold conventions at WDW they certainly shouldn't be raising prices and driving up inflation as much as has been happening recently.
I agree with you on this as well. I never understood having a program like the college program and not using the students in their area of expertise, but putting them in low wage jobs like merchandise or food service (like I paid 50K for college to work in a glorified Mc Donald's). They do the...
I have to agree with you here...the evidence that Horizons was NOT sinking is that they built another buiding in the same spot. Unless they did something to insure against the future sinking of another building that would be a heck of a chance to take building something such as Mission Space in...
I agree, a couple of weeks ago, while I was at MK, two monorails on the same line broke down within an hour of each other. the 12 monorail fleet might have been OK when there was only MK and was adequate when Epcot was built....but that was when the crowds were a LOT smaller than they are now...
Although this isn't animation, what about the lead female character in Disney's Broadway play "Aida"?
The backlash about Pocahontas was due to the total rewriting of history that went on in that movie (I'm Native American and we have dicussed this ad naseum...lol). Pocahontas was only 12 when...
I agree..Jack Sparrow hands down..but only the one hiding near the dresses and the one in the chair at the end..the head in the barrel looked a bit crosseyed this year and the head moves like it is on a pivot.
There sems to be a lot of monorail problems lately. A week ago I saw two monorials pulled from service due to breakdowns within an hour of each other and recently the timing seems to be off....lots of holding patterns going on waiting for the train in front to leave the station.
They seem to...
It certainly did for me as well. My dad passed on Easter 2004 and I still can remember his excitement when visiting the welcome center. He even quit smoking cigars to be able to save extra money to go to WDW! ( we had a contest who could give up something the longest...he and his cigar or me and...
True! That is defintely the magic of Disney.
My dad worked for a corporate sponsor and my dad was a Disney fanatic (probably because of the great dels that we used ot get through dad's company to go to WDW).
The picture of the center on LBV just showed up on the Widen Your World site (slow...
I don't remember.
Where is Ocala in correlation to Orlando?
Perhaps that is the one I actually saw and not the LBV one.... I remember going several times from the 60's till WDW opened, so being opened only from 70 to 71 , the LBV one probably wasn't it.
What was in the building that they...
Very true, though if you are really devious you can park for free at the Contemporary (by saying you are there to dine or shop) and take a quick trip for free.
