    I have so enjoyed your report! I took my niece for the first time at 8 and since we have gone back at 13, 18 and 22! She has become an amazing Disney adult! I hope S does too!

    Were the boats to Disney Springs open? We are headed to Riverside in a couple of weeks and these trips to the Springs on the boats are one of my favorite things!

    PS.. I just saw they are starting Fast Pass for Smugglers Run....as tier one and then Rock and Roll and TOT as tier 2 ( I think). You might get lucky. :)

    Looks like a great plan. May I suggest some earlier throw away HS fastpass, that way if you do make it back you could pick up a tier 1 fast pass. Otherwise you are not going to be able to get for another rock and roll or tower of terror. Also, we just did artist point with snow whife...

    Excited for this live~ish report! I am headed down in January and had some Achilles surgery in August that hasn't healed as well as i would like....I anguished over it and am getting the wheelchair for our trip. Looking forward to your trip!

    Marathon day Question

    I know to expect increased crowds marathon weekend. I know it could take longer to get places. My question is....how much longer? We are staying at Port Orleans, French Quarter and are planning on Animal Kingdom that day. If open is at 9, what time should we try to leave our hotel?
