I made a package reservation for my daughter and she is not able to order magic bands. Her trip is in May. Has anyone else had this issue before?
It just says" Your MagicBand Order Status Is Currently Unavailable"

I had the problem of not being able to order the "pre-visit exclusive" (or something like that) via the MDE app or MDE online. I called Disney direct and they rectified the problem. It is a software issue that they had to resolve on their end. Hope that helps.
