Skyliner Hours

9am to 9:30pm on the Studios line.

9am to 10:30pm on the EPCOT line

9am to 10:30pm on the Pop line.
So, if one is going from Pop to Epcot, you could arrive over an hour and a half before opening? If so, when do they let people in at the International Gateway?

No a couple days ago we were going to Epcot from the Pop and we got to the transfer station at the Caribbean Beach around 10 am and they wouldn't let us enter the the line for the Epcot Skyliner until close to 10:30am. So we just found a shady area to sit at the CB until it got close to 10:30am. We did arrive at Epcot before park open and we were able to enter the International Gateway and start walking to our choice of attraction before official park open.

Thanks! So it sounds as if the Epcot line hours are 10:30a-10:30p, not 9:30a-10:30p. Makes much more sense.

Question about skyliner from Pop to International Gateway. Can we get dropped off at International Gateway around 9am from Pop so we can walk to Boardwalk Bakery to grab a quick breakfast before the park opens or doesn't the skyliner go to International Gateway until 10:30? Thanks in advance for any advice!

No. They don't want a big line-up at the IG so they are going to hold everyone at CB until closer to Epcot opening. If you want to go to BWI, then you'll need to take a ride share and hope security lets you through (most are being turned away unless you have a dining reservation or are a guest at BWI). Most are getting dropped at the Speedway and walking across to BWI, from what I gather.

Thank you very much for the response 😊 What about getting dropped off via the skyliner at Hollywood Studios and walking over...seems like that would be an option also?

Hm that sounds super annoying for CB guests.

It's not a single line. It's actually three lines and CBR is the hub. You take Skyliner from Pop to CBR then have to exit to board another line. Depending on crowds, you could be sent all the way down the walk back out into the parking lot to rejoin a single line for both HS and Epcot to get back on. You're split after walk up toward the station and put into the appropriate line. As for Epcot, I know firsthand from riding last week that they do hold you at CBR because they don't want a huge backup at the IG entrance.

Again, you can do that if you want but you still have to deal with the hub at CBR before you could even board Skyliner for HS. For that to work, you would need to be in the Skyliner line at Pop between 8-8:30 before the line gets too long. Seems like a lot of effort to me.
