I've often wondered where people like Josh D’Amaro and Tim Sypko have their offices located. Are they in the parks? Are they ever seen just walking around the parks?

No idea where specific offices are, but most of them are at the Team Disney building near Disney Springs. There's also an office complex near Animal Kingdom.

I’ve seen execs walking around in Disney Springs and the monorail at MK once...usually walking quickly with their famous litter picker upper...a few are sociable.

Those are managers. Disney executives don’t carry trash pickers.
