April trips canceled by Disney?

I've noticed the same thing. It's as if POP has become the "new" moderate. I think part of it may be due to the Skyliner. We cancelled our April 17 trip.

Do you remember when the exact same Value Resort was $77 a night! Those were the days! lol

I remember paying 44 a night at sports or one of those 3 values in the 90s.

LOL no. I think it's just the expectation of Disney. But we have to remember, construction (maybe) some is not essential.

It's funny how people with any April trip is under the impression you are going anywhere. May is even stretching it. And just because April fp or reservations are showing, your reservations will be canceled at least through whatever internal date Disney has set.

I haven't canceled mine because...uh...well...I just haven't. I haven't expected it to happen for the past few weeks. As it get's closer, I'll cancel it. Or I'll move it to early fall.

just got the email from DVC. they'll cancelling on week by week basis. All points returned to use year. So I don't have to do anything but wait and see. No reason to do anything. And for the first time in 12 years, 2 RT tickets for under 100 total.

As of now, airports are still open. We'll see what happens in a few weeks. I have a beach condo I can go to.

Be careful. The governor has restricted all vacation house rentals. Though if you own, they can't stop you from going.
