Why is there a video pipe inspection truck in front of Morimotos?

Morimotos Sreet Food appears to be closed. Main dinning area looks to be open.

Talked to security asking if they’d be open later. He said probably not.

Asked what happened. Could tell he wasn’t really in the mood for a conversation. He said he didn’t know but that it’s not too often they pull trucks up into public areas.

Figured I wasn’t going to get to 3 questions. So politely said thanks and went on my way.
