Chances the hours will be extended??

Hi All
In the past we were lucky enough to have the hours of the parks, specifically MK, get extended while we were there. We will be down April 4th-11th this year which is spring break for some if not most of the country. I would imagine we might see a 2am closing at MK during one of two of those days; and if were lucky the other parks extended as well. Historically, is this something that happen on a whim or will they decided and post the new hours weeks or days in advance?

I have had it happen same day with signs and an announcement in the park - I'd think you'd see it in the MDE app now too.

It's been awhile since I have seen a 2am closing, but others can address that better than I can.

As @DisneyJoe said, closing time changes can happen as last minute as same day. On my last trip, opening hours for Magic Kingdom changed every single day of the week right before we left home.

This. Look at last years hours also as a guide, the only time it may not be accurate is around Easter because the holiday floats around year to year.

I don't think they have one 2am in many years, I could be wrong, but it seems they went away from that strategy/opportunity

No they still have them, albeit spotty.
