According to the menus I looked at they offer:

French Quarter House Salad
Sassagoula Power Salad

~edit~ There is also a Garden Salad w/ Chicken at Mardi Grogs and if that isnt up your alley Riverside Mill Food Court (PORS) has a build your own salad option.

Mmmm a dozen leaves of iceberg, a slice each of tomato and cucumber, and a few shavings of carrot.

It's a salad isn't it? LOL I have actually seen different types now in the grab and go areas. They might rotate on popularity but there has to be a reason why they always have the standard garden salad.

True, I guess it is a salad, you got me there. I think they have it because it follows the two step process that seems to define all food at WDW now.

1) Make it as inoffensive to as many people as possible.
2) Keep the cost as low as possible.

It is nice that they have started to add other salads in the grab and go.

I like a salad with a lot of stuff in it, but they still won't put it in a big bowl. ;)

Again, I know POR is not POFQ, but...………………….The make your own salad at POR is HUGE. My husband and I share the salad bowl and their huge pasta bowl. More than enough food for 3 or more. We stay at POFQ, but go to the Mill for our salad and pasta bowls, a short 10 minute walk, and we both have mobility issues with walking.
