If it is raining during MVMCP will Mickey’s One Upon a Christmastime Parade still take place?

It depends on the amount of rain, how hard it's currently coming down. It's likely they will either start early or delay the parade instead of cancel it. There are multiple showings of the parade so it's likely they will do it after the rain.

The last time I went, I skipped the 9pm parade in order to see the 11pm parade. A front came through, and for the safety of the CMs, the 11pm parade was cancelled. Keep a sharp eye on the forecast and plan accordingly.
