BLD2018-04295 Disneyland - SW - DL Frontierland Expansion - Area Development

SGN2018-00145 Installation of illuminated signs - (1) wall sign for "JACK-JACK COOKIE NUM-NUMS" and (2) pole signs for "TOY STORY MIDWAY MANIA."

I remember Joe Rhode said that they were going to put burn lines around Mission Breakout to make it appear as if it just materialized out of nowhere, maybe it could be that?
