Disney HS question

My last trip to Disney (this past November) we did not go to HS, I am hearing a lot of closures etc. due to the building of TS land, but I can't seem to find any info on this, can anyone help? I did look on Touring Plans but its saying no construction or closures but the rumor mills are saying otherwise "No current or upcoming closures for Disney's Hollywood Studios"

so nothing is actually closed then right?
because someone mentioned that TSM is limited and a track is closed etc.

TSM-Still open until they decide to close Pixar Place when they switch the entrance to the other side in Toy Story Land...
