Looks like there will be some show buildings after all for the Increcoaster, not just some cutouts like some had thought. The second one they list as Scene 9 in this permit is probably the ending with an AA of Edna and Jack Jack. There has been a sketch floating around the forum somewhere showing this.

Im really hoping that concept art is correct when it comes to the outside eating area for the restaurant. The art shows a fully enclose outdoor eating area with proper roof. right now the outside eating area is disgusting and doesn't match the cost point of the eatery. would be nice to have a Proper enclosed or semi enclose clean place to eat with a proper roof.

Its still too bad that the ugly concrete box queue for the Ferris wheel is not being addressed though or the lack of a proper queue for the ice cream stand. I can't stand seeing those clumsy umbrellas everywhere that are placed there to try and create some kind of shade for the people standing in 100 degree weather to get an ice cream cone. i wish they would go back and look at previous proposals that had potted trees and trellis in parts of that area where the wood walls are

I thought the Edna show building was scene 1, the art shows a structure just before the launch turn and it looks like the same shape of the artwork. Of course its hard to tell. They should have just enclosed the whole track up to the launch and taken advantage of the space under the bridge as well for storytelling. I'm looking forward to the new water shoots along the track though, hopefully they are of significant size and not just a small trickle of water.

It does sound like a complete modification to Ariels grotto inside and Outside sitting area. Maybe hey are removing the wall that divides both sitting areas and turning it into a more efficient large dining room by removing the outside wall.
The staircase might even be removed or modified in favor of a sloping ramp to allow better wheel chair access to lower floors and the cavernous restrooms modified to also create a family restroom instead of having women and men restrooms.
Seems like many eating facilities in California have been turning restrooms into unisex restrooms that lock instead of having separate restrooms assigned for just one sex.

If this permit Is for Ariels it Sounds like an extensive remodel that was badly needed

Sounds like handicapped access to Tiki Room from the back exit, modification of the cramped restrooms at Tiki Room into something accessible, and remodel of family restroom at Oasis. The wheelchair lift at Tiki Room can't stay indefinitely. There will be more accessibility issues addressed in older facilities over the coming years.

At this point, it doesn't matter to me since my daughter is now a teenager. It just surprises me that there isn't a demand for this in general.
