I'm still slightly confused with how entering and exiting the cabin would work while staying (mostly) accurate to the Falcon's layout, but this makes me very happy

There will be nods to the layout from the movie but not a verbatim copy. The decor and design should be spot on.

The turntable will be behind the doors seen in the render. The back doors of the cabin, and doors of the hall will align, doors shut, pods rotate, next set of doors aligns and opens, etc.

Yeah, important to remember two sets of doors: one for the hallway to hide the rotation of the simulator pods. One for the simulator pod to hide that you're rotating away from the hallway.

Yes, I mean it's nice to get a glimpse of a CG render of part of the queue, but I was more excited when I thought it was a photo of the actual queue pre-built in a Glendale warehouse or something.

If this takes place after Episode 8, there are going to be a lot of main characters that missing from the land.I’m having a hard time picturing a Star Wars land without Luke or Han, even if Luke appears as a force ghost in either of the attractions
