If I didn’t care about keeping my job...I am truly sorry you have to work on Black Friday.And to help you keep your cool, remember that you can only do so much, and just do the best you can. Best of luck to you, and it's only one day; so it will be over before you know it.

I've worked on Thanksgiving and/or Black Friday each of the past three years. Not this year. I feel for you.
