Ticket Discounts Through Employer

My employer offers discounts to purchase tickets to WDW. We are a vendor for Disney, not only the parks.
So, we have a website where we can purchase park tickets only at a discounted rate. Would WDW let me buy tickets and then add a hotel reservation with dining plan, memory maker, etc. or would they see it as two separate transactions and therefore costing me more money?

Disney will let you buy anything. Just because you already have the tickets doesn't mean they won't be more then happy to charge you for the other stuff. What it might affect would be if they had some special "package" that included tickets. Then the other stuff would probably wipe out most of the gain by having the discounted tickets.

I'm pretty sure that you have to book a package (room + tickets) to get the dining plan, but if you book your room with a room only discount and have your discounted tickets, you could conceivably save more than any savings you'd get from a package deal.

They now have ticketless packages i.e. room plus dining, but you can only book them by calling or using a TA that knows about them - however, a package offer such as Free Dining requires the purchase of a room and tickets together.

You're able to book a room only and add the dining plan but you can only do this over the phone. We use military and travel agent tickets and I just call to add the dining plan to my room.

Buying a package from WDW doesn't save you any money unless there is a specific package promotion running. And even then, depending on your needs buying the parts separately may be a better deal.
Buying Memory Maker doesn't require a hotel booking regardless, that just gets tagged to your MDE account and can be bought even if staying off property.
As a PP said, they will technically sell you a ticketless package that would let you buy the dining plan, but I would strongly suggest running the numbers. Paying full price for the dining plan can be a challenge to come out ahead on.
