Kids Birthday at Universal

We're going in February and we'll be there for my twins 11th birthday. Is there anything special I can do (or request) Universal to do, like a cake in the room or anything at the parks?

Talk to the concierge at the hotel you will be at. They can arrange many things

Make sure it is noted on the hotel reservation. And ask for suggestions of things you can preplan like cakes. They will give you the Birthday pins at check in or waiting in your room with some breakfast vouchers. Make sure the kids wear the pins the whole time. It gets you birthday greetings everywherwhere. The Mystic Fountian will sing you a special birthday song. It will help getting chosen in Ollivander's. They may give you your own special train with a Birthday Seuss style poem over the loudspeaker at the Seuss Trolley. And be sure to hit Toothsome's.
