Any idea when Disney will announce what rides and attractions will close for refurbishment for the first quarter of 2018? We are going in January. Thats why is am asking.

2018 Disney World ride closures

I’m going in mid Jan 2018 also.
On the Disney calendar, their only listed refurbishment is The Hall of Presidents.
I thought Hall of Presidents was suppose to reopen this fall. We leave to go on January 21

At this point in time....I wouldn't be concerned if that is open....But, they are saying around the 1yr anniversary of the president's election it should..
Im not to worried about that. I was just wondering what other attractions will be closed in January

It's hard to tell right now as they need much more open than closed....Especially at DHS..Splash had a refurb just recently and normally it has one during the month of January...If anything....One of the waterparks will probably be closed for Refurb....Since your going during the week of NFL Pro bowl expect wait times to be a bit buiser than normal, Plus the adding of the Epcot International Festival of the Arts...This may also include random Cheerleaders and Tour Groups scattered through the time your there..I myself arrive After Pro Bowl week comes to an end a day after the game's over on the 28th...
