What time can you do Fast Passes?

Tomorrow is my day 60 and I can do fast passes. What time can I start?

It's 11am UK time for dining (6am eastern) and 12pm UK time for FP's (7am eastern)...I know from some Disney friends that are from U.K.

FYI, don't freak out if it doesn't work at 7am. On the day I was able to reserve, the system was down until about 7:15am. I started calling like a maniac to find out if I was doing something wrong. I wasn't. The system just had a glitch that morning. For everyone.

Yes it used to be midnight but changed a year or so ago.

Okay, good; I'm not completely crazy. The last time I went to WDW was 2015, and I distinctly remember being up and at my laptop at midnight.
