Did get to record it to watch later but saw a few minutes of the family. Where are the magic bands???? I do not see them wearing them on the Kali Rapids part I saw.

Thanks for posting about it. I don't watch a whole lot of TV so I didn't know about it... just finished watching. I have a question, probably a dumb question. What was that scary bridge that they were walking across? Obviously not something I've done yet. Is that a special tour or what? And, can anyone get a tour of the animal hospital like they showed?

The bridge was the Wild Africa Trek https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/animal-kingdom/wild-africa-trek/
(wow that price seems to have gone up...now $189-249).
I'm not sure about the animal hospital.
Edit: It looks like the hospital tour is part of Backstage Tales. $90. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/animal-kingdom/backstage-tales/

That's part of the Wild Africa Trek. There are actually 2 bridges. You walk over them one at a time. A CM is standing at a station in between them. You cannot stop and have a conversation with your party like they did in the show tonight. You walk over the alligator exhibit. They take really nice pictures of you with the gators underneath. We used the pictures we have of the kids on our Christmas card that year.

The vet part was at Conservation Station right in the park. It didn't look like the special behind the scenes tour. We saw a goat get a check up there.

I laughed out loud at the family entering the empty FoP queue... all by themselves...
...and the Wild Africa Trek is usually a group of @ 10-12 people. They were the only ones.

I suppose they did the best they could to provide us with our fix of pixie dust and show others the magic of just being there with all the different experiences you can have.

I watched it but don't remember any features of DinoLand (except Finding Nemo musical). Were there any?

So either there's nothing that's "Alive with Magic" in this part of the park to feature or maybe they want this special to be around for years and DinoLand won't be. Isn't that the next area rumored to receive some updates?

There's been rumors floating around that Dinorama may get replaced.

I did the Savor the Savannah in January and it was just myself, my dad and one other couple. Was a very private experience. :D

Did they say when we can expect the tiger cubs? My wife went to scouring the internet to find the answer as we are going in April. Anybody have the inside track on this?

It's cheaper in the summer. $50 off I believe.

Are you sure? I didn't see anything in that segment besides the public space in the Conservation Station.
