Could Loews take on a Nick Hotel?

With W&W being demoed, there have been rumors of another hotel, perhaps a very large resort taking it's place. I caught a commercial of a Nick Resort in Punta Cana, and it is just incredible (Karisma Hotels property). Swim up rooms, all inclusive, multiple gourmet dining options, waterpark, sports complex, you name it, they have it. It made Orlandos former NickHotel look like a Super 8. My question is, what are the chances Loews would take on something like this- a totally immersive kid-themed property? I think they'd kill it!

I would have liked the slides at the former Orlando resort at Punta Cana. I think they missed the mark there.

Chances? 0% But sounds cool! However I do think we'll see something grand assuming Universal continues their partnership with Loews...
