Someone named "Richard"?

In the closing credits for the Walt Disney World Explorer, it shows that at least one song was written by someone named Richard, who did this number called "Lower Village", in the Wonderland Music Company. I tried to look up "lower village" so I could find whom Richard's first name is, but I had no luck. Can anyone help me?

You would think that if it was the Sherman brothers, it would have (Sherman/Sherman) or even just (Sherman)... It seems that they are just listing the last names, like the OP said

Richard is a last name in this case, not a first.

First of all, that is NOT Richard Sherman, and secondly, Richard in the context of my OP is a LAST name, not a first.
