Your comprehension skills are seriously lacking.

She looks like an unknown but well dressed chinese woman, and could easily be mistaken for a random performer/CM on the Chinese pavillion. Obviously, if I saw her lined up with other princesses or in a Meet and Greet place I'd assume it was Mulan based on the process of elimination (Let's see, what's a famous disney chinese woman?) but not because anything in her attire is reminiscent of the character to me.

I've seen Mulan get asked where the nearest restrooms are before in her old costume and I can only imagine that will happen more often with this new outfit.

I don't think either Mulan or Pocahontas' outfits are bad, but I just don't get why any of the princesses needed to be redesigned. They looked fine before. I don't think they need more jewelry and accessories added to their outfits, because they didn't have them in their movies. If Disney changes their look too much they can start to become unrecognizable (like Mulan here ...).
