Because I like you, I will curl up on the couch with my blankie and catch a 20-minute nap on your behalf.I'm dragging so bad right now. I just want to sleep for 5 hours. But I have a 3 hour class at 4. Gonna be a rough one.

I am itching, positively itching, to go down to Avery's room on a reconnaissance mission to plan how I am going to re-claim my storage space.
But am I going to do it? Nooooooo. I am going to exercise patience and wait until he is completely out by Sunday.
There is no sense buying shelves and storage bins today anyway, as I have nowhere to put them all.

My husband would probably work in tandem with my daughter to collect as many free puppies and espressos as possible.

I laughed so hard when I saw this picture--it wasn't just the caption, but seriously--my brothers and sister and I used to make "forts" like that all the time (when we were kids, that is . . .
) ! And each one of us was very territorial about his/her section of the fort--we had passwords, and we'd also bribe each other for entry.

The cleaning lady won't do anything but empty his garbage - which suits Avery just fine. That's the scariest part.

Saw the opening number and wondered for a few moments if I was watching Dancing With the Stars, or the Disneyland special? (I actually thought to myself, am I being a prude?) I just felt the choice of (or lack of) material in the women's costumes would have been fine in another show, just not the Disneyland's 60th show.
During the opening number (which I liked) one of the first things I thought about was...Where are all the garbage cans? Was I the only one that noticed they took away the garbage cans? Then I noticed the skimpy outfits.

Actually Florida has the third highest population of them in the US - second only to Alaska and MN I think.

We took our friends over to see the local nest here this morning. We saw one young one, and then an adult eagle came in with a fish and fed the young one. Pretty neat!
