If this is true it's the best news I've heard about Disney springs. After sprinkles. Nothing can top sprinkles.

Based on what the article says, it looks like they are eyeing location C07 for this. That location has been on the plans since the beginning, but it appears they hadn't been able to secure a tenant for it.

D@mn you! I was reading the article and C07 instantly popped into my head.

I guess that explains why the plot is still without any construction.

EDIT: Then again, WDWMagic and some of the tenant maps indicate C07 is for Raglan Road Expansion. So, the mystery continues!

Seems like a very small space for a wine bar that would presumably stock hundreds of wines yet need space for a lot of guests.
