Is the Tomorrowland Transit Authority People Mover under refurb in Dec?

I was looking at a site and they said fast passes weren't available.. is that because its going down in early december or is it because they don't give fast passes for that ride?

That is not a FastPass attraction.

Yep not a FP attraction and you wouldn't need one for it usually anyway. Waits are usually are not too long. They can be longer at peak times but not too bad. Waited 10 min for it on a Sat a few weeks ago and the park was pretty full.
