An animator tweeted this photo. SO frozen fever, Zootopia, Moana, and then mystery box? They are already teasing their next film. Any guesses? Giants? Frozen 2? Something else? We should be finding out soon.

Yes
I would personally hope for a traditionally animated film, but that would be hoping for too much...

I just hope it's not another sequel.

Traditional animation has been shuttered down (they literally got rid of that department) so there is 0 chance of that coming back up without prior notice.

Excuse me *Gigantic* I hope we don't get 4 new threads all discussing this. THIS should be the only gigantic thread for now guys! If the mods could change the title to "Disney's Gigantic now in production" or something like that I would be happy!

So, what's still in possible development that hasn't been officially confirmed? King of the Elves, that Teen Space Race movie (PLEASE!)...

Lopez's are writing the music for this film! Apparently they gave a teaser for a song called "I Love my little man"

Just some food for thought. Disney animation made a Jack and the Beanstalk adaptation featuring Mickey, Donald, and Goofy as part of Fun and Fancy Free in 1947. This will obviously be drastically different, but it feels strange that the studio is taking another shot at the story 70 years later.

Not really. They reuse and revisit ideas and concepts all the time. Prior to Mickey & The Beanstalk, there were two Mickey vs. a giant shorts.

Yeah, but Mickey & The Beanstalk and those shorts were made relatively close together, not 70 years apart. My point is how strange the time gap is, not the reusing of ideas.

For a more recent example, rejected concepts of "Bear Flynn" from Tangled were recycled to bring us Kristoff in Frozen. Also, Disney has made no less than 3 adaptations each of Treasure Island and A Christmas Carol.
