Paint the Night, part 2 of 2.
Forgot to mention that the kid fell asleep right before the start of the parade...and slept through the entire thing! It was so loud, I have no idea how she did it.
And a castle shot to finish the night. It looked pretty amazing decked out in its 60th gear.
After the parade, we did not stick around much longer as it was getting close to midnight, closing time. I did like the 8am-12am park hours. We headed back to the hotel to prepare for the next day....which would be mostly DCA but with some DL mixed in...

Our enjoyment of creature comforts often clash with our friends and family's preference to cheap on accommodations and spend more on activities.
Someday though I am staying at AKL. I enjoy my time there too much and it is very hard to leave and go back to wherever I'm staying.

Mental World Whomp is actually used to distract from real-life; else wise, I would NEVER fall asleep.
I always have life thoughts before I fall asleep and in the shower. Both are times when I don't want to think about anything, as I'm either trying to get to sleep fast so I can wake up early, or I'm trying to shower fast so I can get ready to be somewhere.

I have to admit to a somewhat morbid curiosity about this thread, as I have no idea what the fascination with Bob Saget is, so I may have been lurking before now.

My dream resort is the 1970's contemporary, but I guess that's not going to happen. Unless someone happens to have a time machine I can borrow.
It was so amazing. I wish Disney would just embrace the Contemporary's retro style.

love this hotel so much.So after MK we went back to the hotel and walked around before heading back to MK that evening. Here are some pictures from that adventure.
And I also found a hawk.
