We've booked! Now what table service restaurants should we eat at?

So happy to share that we have decided to go to WDW! We're headed to WDW next September 11-17, staying at All Star Movies with quick service dining. With that being said we are still going to be doing some table service dining as well. I have two kids ages 7 & 3. What are the best table service dining we can do with them? We have lots of time to plan but any input is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!!!!!!

I love Chef Mickey for Breakfast, my wife loves going to 'Ohana for a Character meal. Epcot has so many great restaurants its hard to pick one there but with your kids so young, you may want to maybe look at MK for meals. For that I like Liberty Tree Tavern and Tony's Town Square. In HS my wife and kids love Sci-Fi Dine in

Tusker House in Animal Kingdom is another great choice for character dining. We've done dinner, but all my Disney friends say breakfast is the best. We've always enjoyed the Garden Grill in EPCOT (in the Land Pavilion). Good food - some of it's grown on site - and who could resist meeting Farmer Mickey, Pluto and Chip and Dale?

Congratulations on your trip! Go for Crystal Palace, Be Our Guest, and your kiddos may really enjoy Coral Reef :D is this their first visit to WDW?

This is my daughters second trip and my sons first trip. Last time (my daughter was 3) we didn't do proper research and didn't get any dining reservations and missed out on lots fun things. Not this time. I feel so silly planning for next September but really want to do few fun table service experiences. I believe the only restaurant we got into the last time was the Plaza. We enjoyed it but from what I hear not as fun for the kids as a Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace. We are thrilled to be going!!

Planning is half the fun! You can't go wrong at Disney, but I really think some places are more magical for kiddos than others. If your daughter loves the princesses, you may want to check out Akershus, or Cinderella's Royal Table. 1900 Park Fare could be another good option. Any restaurants in particular that you want to try? My favorite is Ohana, followed by Liberty Tree Tavern. Best wishes as you plan!

I want to plan on a sit down for each of us in mind. A princess theme for my daughter, a Mickey and Pals for my son, my husband wants to do Ohana or Rose & Crown, and I really want to try Liberty Tree or Be Our Guest. I would be happy doing any of them really. But the more I research the more my list grows! So many great choices.

Definitely Akershus for princess theme, or 1900 Park Fare dinner. We did CRT dinner just last week and were not impressed. Character interaction was no different than Akershus and food quality probably lower. Being in the castle was the biggest plus.

I really liked BOG dinner - food, atmosphere, service, all were great. Have fun planning! I miss it.
