Hi everyone,

We have booked a trip to WDW November 14-21. We had our first WDW trip last year in October. Seeing all the Hallowen decorations was nice, but I am hoping for more Christmas decorations this year!!

Can anyone tell me, will the decorations be up by then? Also will HS have all their christmas lights up? I have watched youtube videos about it and it looks amazing!!

Any other tips for a second trip would be awesome as well!

They will be UP! We went during that exact week last year and it was incredible. We stayed at AKL and the tree there went up mid-week, so we got to see their lobby before and after. The best. The Osborne lights at DHS were up the first night we were there.

I recommend doing Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, particularly if you don't have park tickets for every day you'll be there. Buy a ticket for this, spend your off-day at the Monorail resorts, eating and drinking and seeing their Christmas decorations, and then head to Magic Kingdom at night for the party! I also hear Wilderness Lodge is gorgeous during Christmas.

Have a magical time! Where are you staying?

We are staying at All Star Music. Last time we went we stayed at PORS, we were hardly in the room just to sleep and didnt use the pools. So we figured we will spend less on the resort and spend more on tickets and items to bring home!

We are SO excited, we have caught the Disney bug. Since the day we got back home we have mentioned going again!

Yes they will be all up by mid November. Only thing not up will be the huge tree in MK. They put that up after the taping of the Christmas parade at the beginning of December. You will be able to do all festivities as well EXCEPT Candlelight Procesional and be other events at Epcot that don't start until right after Thanksgiving. But other than those few things you will get to see all other beautiful decorations and festivities. Enjoy!! :)
