Before you posted that link, I was about to say I was excited to see a cool new piece of architecture like the fire stations pop up...then I saw the rendering. It's not ugly, but I was all excited for something cooler.

Saw this article today about the station. One interesting thing is that Disney is paying for this.

Calling a basic screenshot from SketchUp a rendering seems like a bit of a stretch.

I was expecting something more outrageous, along the lines of RCFD Station 4. Maybe a giant set of handcuffs dangling from a corner, an extra-large Glock and tazer that actually "zaps" pointing toward the street on opposite sides of the building...

The patriot missile battery should be impressive enough, Along with the Stingers mounted on HMMVWS and the MRAP...
