No, vidja games are going into USF.
We are entering into blank slate territory here.

The guys at Disney definitely see this as the beginnings of a third gate. Universal Creative is starting a hiring bonanza for something.

Wait really, that seems shortsighted to replace Kidzone with vidja games. When you could build a better hub spoke park from Ninty IP especially if they could sign a Marvel type deal with Nintendo. MS has been not shy about wanting that absorbed into a theme park as well. Incredibly disappointing for such well respected IP.

There is a lot of space in KidZone. Much more than most realize. Nintendo will not be wasted there and its surrounding area

OK, just to put things in perspective. Disney didn't even notice the Kong announcement. Dropped a minor "D a m n" at the Nintendo announcement. The F Bombs and threatening memos are flying around the halls of power at Disney over this one.

While Mario and his pals would be awesome in KidZone. Zelda is ripe for it's own mini-land in a new park.

All I have is Nintendo is replacing KidZone completely. As far as what where, I have no clue.

I'm thinking this thread is probably the most important for the Orlando market of any of the other news coming out over the past 2 days.

Universal Creative is starting a hiring bonanza for something.

Not only Universal Creative but all of Universal Parks and Resorts is about to enter a hiring bonanza and Steve Burke made yet another internal announcement stating that there will be a major attraction deputing ANNUALLY at Universal Orlando into the foreseeable future to support what he's calling a "full build-out" of the new hotels. He closed it with another quote, "Theme Parks are right at the core of what we're all about and we think they provide a tremendous growth opportunity." Comcast has no plans to pump the breaks on the building-boom. They're in it for the long-haul.
