Little Mermaid Rooms or Royal Rooms at Port Orleans?

We've stayed in the royal rooms at Port Orleans the last 3 trips. We missed out on a free dining offer (would have to changed to Caribbean resort) and are looking at the little mermaid rooms at the value resort due to budget. How are the little mermaid rooms and the art of animation resort in general? Is it louder and more busy than Port Orleans?

Yes and yes
Other differences between Little Mermaid rooms and POR rooms:
Less square footage in LM rooms so they are smaller than POR rooms
Two double beds in LM versus two queens in POR
One sink in LM versus two sinks in POR
Towels are thinner and smaller in LM
No padding on the chairs at the table in LM
And of course no headboard fireworks in LM

Also, the LM rooms are further from the bus stop than the Royal rooms at POR...but on the plus side, there is only one bus stop versus the 4 at POR. And AoA never shares a bus with another resort.
