Oh well. I'm guessing we'll know soon enough. There's significant work on the large Savannah area, but that seems like it's probably lighting related.

They're fascinating animals.

The Columbus Zoo's Promotions Dept uses our studios to get their animals ready for appearances on Letterman, Kelly & Michael, GMA, etc... They had a pair of 4 month old Hyena cubs in last week and they were adorable.

Can't wait to see them on the safari.

It's gonna be in the savannah just after the overlook towards the left hand side once you get all the way down the hill.

Will they be out all day, or is it expected they'll only be out for the night safari?

Hyenas are mostly nocturnal so if they're out during the day, they'll probably be sleeping more than the lions.
