Ok so we had Chinese food delivered for dinner - since it was snowing - and it came with a small container of pineapple chunks in pineapple juice. So my plan was to blend the chunks with some vanilla ice cream and freeze that until it was firm and then scoop it into the juice - BUT WE HAVE NO VANILLA ICE CREAM. So I just ate it. It was fine - but I wanted a faux-whip so I am extremely unsatisfied with my dessert.
