Yes the F&G fest does not end until 5/17.

Since DME picks up approximately 3 hours prior to flight departure, it would be around 3 am (yikes!)

I always like taking a taxi back to the airport when my trip is over. Allows me to get an extra hour or so in compared to taking the DME even earlier.

That sounds terrible lol. But unless the later flight times come down below $100 (they are all in the $250 above just for the return) - I will be leaving at 3am.
