No More Veal Shank at Citricos?!?

I am making my ADRs this early morning and while I was double checking menus online at disneys website, I noticed that the veal shank I wanted to order is now off the menu and replaced with a veal chop?

Isn't this the restaurants' signature dish so to speak? Is it really gone for good? I mean, there r several other things on the menu that sound fantastic, but I wanted my veal shank damnit!

Maybe I should get a Yachtmans ADR just incase that dish doesn't come back? That dish is the whole reason I wanted to done there...

For what it's worth my DW had the veal shank at Yachtsman and said it was wonderful.

We ate at Citrico's this past Saturday night. No Veal Shank on the menu, but they did have a stuffed Veal Chop. Someone at the table next to us ordered it. Looked to be huge. That being said, I prefer Yachtsman over Citrico's.

I just showed up this evening for dinner to learn this. When I asked about it I was informed that even though it is not on the menu, they have 18 portions available so if you get there early enough and ask, shank is still available!!
